I am a Journalist and blogger based in Barcelona with an interest in media, politics, the internet, football, Spain, Sweden and Mac software.
I was the first English speaking journalist to investigate the story of Julian Assange’s arrest in Sweden before the mainstream media latched onto it with a blog post that attracted over 1,200 comments and made the top 100 most read blog posts on WordPress. I have also contributed to Al Jazeera’s media watchdog show “The Listening Post” regarding Wikileaks. For my sins I was once accused of being an “Assange apologist” by Guardian investigative journalist Heather Brooke.
